Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in one of our four dining rooms or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms
We enjoy hosting themed meals and catering for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries
Hobbies and Interests
Tollesby Hall Care Home has an Activities Co-ordinator who spends time with Residents on both a group and one-to-one basis which many Residents find enjoyable.
A weekly activities calendar of popular pastimes is displayed in the home and includes:
- Arts and crafts
- Baking
- Quizzes
- Animal visits
- Gentle exercise
- Coffee mornings
- Weekly church service
- Music therapy, along with performances from local school children and local performers
Outdoor Areas
Our attractive garden and patio areas, surrounded by mature trees, are a popular place to sit and watch the welcomed birds and wildlife that regularly visit the garden.
